Membership
InAALJ has three different types of memberships:
Active Membership. Persons employed, appointed or retained by governmental agencies located in Indiana who are empowered to preside over statutory fact-finding or administrative proceedings arising within, among or before public agencies are eligible for active membership along with persons who have retired from such positions.
Associate Membership. Associate membership in InAALJ may be granted by the board of directors to those persons not eligible for active membership.
Honorary Membership. Honorary membership may be conferred, by a majority vote of the membership voting, on those persons who have rendered outstanding services in administrative law or related fields.
Associate or honorary members shall not be eligible to vote or hold elective office.
Membership Dues are $100, which includes membership in both InAALJ and NAALJ. For membership consideration, please fill out and submit the form below. The Executive Board will review the membership application and send you an invoice if you meet one of the three membership criteria.
